Senter wins USCS 600 Sprint Bootheel 200 Finale at Malden on Saturday PDF Print E-mail

USCS600Senter31911.jpgMarch 19, 2011 - Malden, MO - Travis Senter from Oseola, Arkansas scored his second feature win in as many nights in the new USCS 600 Sprint Car Series by winning the 25-lap USCS 600 Sprint Car portion of the Bootheel 200 on Saturday night at Malden Speedway. Senter topped a strong field of 21 entries from 7 states to capture the win and his second visit to www.RockAuto.com victory lane  in the Finale.

 Young gun Howard Moore from Memphis, Tennessee follwed Senter home in second place after leading the first six circuits around the 3/8 mile clay oval. Derek King from Vienna, Illinois raced to the final podium position. 2010 Poweri micro sprint Champion, Joe B. Miller from Millersville, Missouri finished in the fourth position and veteran micro sprint racer Booby "Z" Zaiontz from Columbus, Mississippi rounded out the top five drivers. Early race leader Chris Meyer from Little Rock, Arkansas appeared to have the field covered before making contact with a lapped car on lap 13 and yielding the point to Senter.
