PRINGLE GETS FIRST USCS WIN IN A WILD SHOW AT THE DITCH
WEST MEMPHIS, AR – July 2, 2016 - Zach Pringle of Bryant, AR picked up his first career United Sprint Car Series Outlaw Thunder Tour Presented By K&N Filters win in a race Saturday night at Riverside International Speedway that saw not only fireworks in the air, but also sprint cars flying skyward.  Pringle races on a shoestring budget and his victory was a popular one.

The second of three races for the USCS Summer Sizzler Tour saw five cars flip in an event shortened from 40 to 30 laps.  But at the end of the night, all was good, as most every driver in the race made a visit to Victory Lane to offer their congratulations to Pringle.

Paragould, Arkansas – July 1, 2016 - Keith Hammett of Jonesboro, AR won the 20 lap USCS K&N Filters Modified Outlaw Tour main event.  Robert Powers of Campbell, MO finished second and Scott Crites of Truman, AR took the third spot.  Hunter Willbanks of Lakeland, TN came home in the fourth spot, and Ryan Moore of Moss Point, MS rounded out the top five.

Phenix City, AL – June 18, 2016 - Two-time series Champion Bobby Zaiontz of Columbus, GA won the 20-lap www/Rock Auto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series winged mini sprint feature by passing David Hall of Tampa, FL with two laps to go.  Matt McCullough of Snellville, GA, Dirk Miller of Tampa, FL, and Robby Hoffman of Tampa, FL finished third through fifth respectively.Matt McCullough won the evening’s Hoosier Speed Dash. McCullough swept the prelims by also winning the 6-lap Engler Machine and Tools First Heat Race.

West Memphis, AR - June 4, 2016 - Unfortunately, the 11h annual USCS Sprint Car Speedweek Finale at Riveside International Speedway in West Memphis, Arkansas has also been lost to the weekend weather system..This is the third -ear-in-row for weather to cancel the USCS Sprint Speedweek final at the track.

The winged sprint carsand stars of the USCS will now  move on to East Alabama Motor Speedway after a weekend of for the Randy Helton Memorial Race on Friday and Saturday, June 17th and 18th.. Columbus, MS - June 3, 2016 - The 11h annual USCS Sprint Car Speedweek Round #6 at Magnolia Motor was washed out by heavy, heavy thunderstorms at 8:00pm.. Also on the racing card were the www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series winged mini sprints.and Late Model and Stock Car racing.

The winged sprint carsof the USCS will now  move on to Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Arkansas for the Round $7 Speedweek finale. Amerson collects USCS 600 Thursday Thunder win at Talladega

Eastaboga, AL – June 2, 2016 – Young gun Kyle Amerson collected his second www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series feature win of the year in the mini sprint portion of USCS “Thursday Thunder” at Talladega Short Track on Thursday night. 

Amerson, advanced to the runner-up spot after starting fourth and passing K&N Filters Pole Position starter and early leader Matt McCullough from Atlanta, GA by lap five then took up the chase after third starting Bobby Zaiontz from Columbus, MS. Zaiontz had passed the front row of McCullough and John Crowder from Summerfield, FL on lap one to grab the point.

Eastaboga, AL – June 2, 2016 – Millington, Tennessee’s Anthony Nicholson charged from his second row starting position into the www.RockAuto.com USCS Victory Lane on Thursday night at Talladega Short Track in Round #5 of the 11th annual USCS Sprint Speedweek. Nicholson picked up his first win since his six-win season with the USCS in 2014. Current USCS Sprint Speedweek 2016 points leader and 2013 USCS Champion Derek Hagar from Marion, Arkansas chased Nicholson across the finish line in the runner-up spot.

Crawley scores Speedweek Round #4 Monday win at Clayhill

Atwood, TN – May 30, 2016 – Tim Crawley scored his first United Sprint Car Series presented by K&N Filters win of the 2016 season by racing from his fourth place starting position into the www.rockauto.com USCS Victory Lane in the USCS Sprint Speedweek Round #4 on Monday night at Clayhill Motorsports. Crawley who was the 2012 USCS National Champion, raced past K&N Filters Pole Position starter Joey Moughan from Springfield, Illinois into the lead on lap eleven and never trailed again on the way to his 76th career USCS main event win. He is third on the all-time USCS winner’s list.

Cooper charges to 9th career K&N USCS MOD win at Clayhill

Atwood, TN – Monday, May 30, 2016 –The 2009 K&N Filters USCS Modified Weekly Racing Series Champion, Matt Cooper from nearby McKenzie, Tennessee used his home track knowledge to add to his series career-win total in the K&N Filters USCS Outlaw Modified Series on Memorial Day Monday night at Clathill Motorsports. Cooper raced his familiar #18 open wheel race car into the www.rockauto.com USCS Victory Lane to collect the $1000 first place pay check and collect his career ninth USCS win. 

The K&N USCS Outlaw Modified Series rivers were welcomed by a near capacity crowd on Mondaynight.at Clayhill Motorsports. The USCS K&N Outlaw Modified Series was on the racing card with the 20th Anniversary USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour winged sprint cars as part of their 11th Annual USCS Sprint Speedweek. What a show it was for the people that witnessed the winged cars and USCS Outlaw modifieds on the dirt 3/8th mile for the first time since 2014.

Brian Bell charges to USCS Sprint Speedweek Round #3 win at Greenville Speedway on Sunday

Greenville, MS – May 29, 2016 - Brian Bell from Memphis, Tennessee chased down early race leader, Ernie Ainsworth from Bartlett, Tennessee and made the winning pass in mid-race of the rain-delayed 25-lap USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by K&N Filters Speedweek Round #3 main event at Greenville Speedway on Sunday night. The win was Bell’s first of the 2016 season after he started inside the third row.
Bell was unofficially scored as the previous night’s winner at Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Mississippi, but, failed post-race inspection after his victory lane celebration.
 
2013 USCS National Champ, Derek Hagar from Marion, Arkansas, who won Friday night’s and was declared the winner of Saturday night’s event at Jackson after Bell’s DQ, charged past Ernie Ainsworth in the closing laps after starting 14th in the main event to finish in the runner-up spot behind Bell. Ainsworth collected the K&N Filters Podium Award in third place. The 2015 Riverside Int. Speedway track Champion, followed Ainsworth in fourth place and 2012 USCS National Champion, Tim Crawley from Benton, Arkansas rounded out the top five
